Technical specifications
Vetscan Imagyst is a Web-based software as a service (SaaS) application that a wide variety of Internet-enabled devices can access; however, for the best experience, we strongly suggest the following technical specifications:
Web services
Supported devices: Desktop computers that can connect to the internet and run the supported web browsers.
Supported web browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Bandwidth: The recommended bandwidth is 10+ Mbps upload and download speeds. Vetscan Imagyst will operate with upload and download speeds as low as 4 Mbps; however, depending on the size of the scan, the upload time can be longer than desired.
Screen resolution: The recommended resolution is 1280x800 or greater. The screen should also have a 99% or greater sRGB color gamut. Some of Vetscan Imagyst’s features are viewable at lower resolutions, such as viewing a PDF report on a tablet.
