The Users page lists all of a company’s users. Each user listing includes the user’s information, email (username), role and administrative actions. For more information, view User profile and Adding, editing and deleting a user.

Important: Only administrators can view, add, edit and disable user profiles.

To view the Users page:

  1. Click Main Menu ().
  2. Click the Users link under Admin.

Add user

Click to add a new user. For more information, view Adding, editing and deleting a user a user.

Send a  password reset email

Click to send a password reset email to the user's listed email address.

Edit user

Click to open the User profile page for the selected user.

Viewing a user profile

To view a user profile:

  1. Click Main Menu ().
  2. Click the Users link under Admin.
  3. Click Edit User () for the user listing you want to view.
