Slide view counts panel

The Slide view counts panel is on the left side of the page and includes all the classifications and counts for the test being reviewed. Vetscan Imagyst locates and classifies objects for your review, organising them by classification in the Counts panel.

Description

Classification colour bar

The colour bar displays the colour used for a classification’s bounding box. Bounding boxes indicate a classified object on a scan and to which classification that object has been classified.

You may change the colour of the colour bar by clicking on the bar, and when the colour-selection dialog opens, choose a colour and click Save.

Classification

An individual classification within the Counts panel, including the classification name, count, total and show/hide tickbox. An indented classification is a subclassification of the first unindented classification above it.  The currently selected classification is highlighted in blue.

Count

The count of classified objects for a classification. When you mouse over the measurement, the measurement window displays up to five of the largest measurements created for that classification.

Total

The total for a classification, including the counts for related subclassifications.

Show/hide tickbox

Select the show/hide tickbox to show the bounding boxes on a scan, and untick the tickbox to hide the bounding boxes. You can select the tickbox for an individual classification or the global tickbox at the top of the classification panel for all classifications.

Exemplars gallery

Mouse over a classification, press and hold the “e” key to open the Exemplars gallery. The Exemplars gallery contains several examples of classifications. For more information, view Exemplars gallery.
