Signing in, signing out and session security
Signing in
To sign in to Vetscan Imagyst, navigate to app.vetscanimagyst.com and enter your email (username) and password.
Forgotten email (username) or password
If you have lost or forgotten your email (username) or password, visit Forgotten email (username) or Forgotten password.
Multi-company account
If your email (username) has been used to create accounts with multiple companies, you will be prompted to choose which company to access when you sign in.
Once you have chosen a company, you may easily switch to any other company you have an account with using the user menu and Change Company link.
Signing out
To sign out of Vetscan Imagyst:
- Click Main Menu (
). - Click the Sign out link.
Important: After finishing your work, it is recommended that you sign out of Vetscan Imagyst for security reasons.
User sessions and security
Once you sign in, Vetscan Imagyst tracks your activity to determine whether you are working within the application. For security reasons, if there is no activity for 10 minutes, Vetscan Imagyst terminates your session and signs you out of the application.
