The Clinic Worklist workflow includes filters to organise the tests displayed on the Worklist page. The Worklist filters include the default filters, Filters action bar, and additional filter buttons.
Worklist filter features
Feature | Image | Description |
Default filters | The default filters are located at the top of the Worklist sidebar and include the Pending orders, Ready for review, Test history, and All tests filters. An active filter is highlighted in grey. | |
Additional filters | When the Filters action bar is visible and at least one default filter is selected, additional filter options appear in the action bar. The additional filters include:
An active additional filter appears as a blue button with a number on the right side indicating how many options were selected for that filter. | |
Filters action bar | ![]() | Click to expand the Filters action bar, which includes the additional filters available for each of the default filters. By default, the Filters action bar is hidden. Click again to collapse the action bar and hide the additional filter options. Note: If there are any active additional filters, when the Filters action bar is hidden, a blue counter appears next to the Filters action bar button, indicating the number of active filters. |
Additional filters
The Pending orders, Ready for review, and Test history filters include one or more additional filters available from the Filters action bar. The options within each additional filter vary based on the available indications for your clinic.
Enabling and disabling additional filter options
To enable or disable an additional filter option, from the Worklist:
- Click the Pending orders, Ready for review, or Test history default filter.
- Click the Filters action bar (
). - Click an additional filter to open the filter options.
- Tick/untick the tick box for the desired option. Active options have a blue tick box with a white tick.
Note: While at least one option is active, an additional filter button turns blue. - To disable all the selected options for an additional filter, click the X (remove) on the right side of the blue additional-filter button.
Note: To remove specific options, click the blue button, then, when the options menu opens, clear the ticks for the desired filter options.

- Click Reset to deselect all additional-filter options.
Default Filter | Description |
Test type | Filter for specific test types. The available test types vary based on your Vetscan Imagyst implementation. |
Prevalence | Filter for Prevalence score. The available options vary based on the selected Test type options. |
Status | Filter for tests’ status, including:

Reset | Click to deselect all additional-filter options. |
