Signing In

To sign in to VETSCAN IMAGYST, enter your username and password.

Forgotten Username or Password

If you have lost or forgotten your username or password, visit Forgotten Username or Forgotten Password.

Multiple Company Sign-In

If you have created multiple accounts with the same email address, you can choose which company to access when you sign in to Techcyte. This allows you to have different roles in multiple companies using the same email address.

Signing Out

To sign out of VETSCAN IMAGYST:

  1. Click the Main Menu ().
  2. Click the Sign Out link.

Regarding security, you should always sign out of the VETSCAN IMAGYST application when you have completed your activity. If you forget to sign out, VETSCAN IMAGYST will eventually terminate your user session and sign out of the application.

User Sessions and Security

Once you have signed in, VETSCAN IMAGYST tracks your activity to determine whether you use the application. After 10 minutes of inactivity, VETSCAN IMAGYST will sign you out of the application. The application automatically does this to ensure sensitive information does not unintentionally remain accessible.
