Inbox: Clinic View

When you sign in to VETSCAN IMAGYST, you are taken to the Inbox page. The Inbox is the default starting page for all other activities within VETSCAN IMAGYST. The Inbox also includes a list of available samples for review that can be filtered by a number of tabs. You may also initiate the creation of a new test order from within the Inbox.

To access the inbox:

  • Sign into your account.

Or

  • Click on the Main Menu ().
  • Click on the Inbox link.

Or

  • Click on the VETSCAN IMAGYST logo in the upper left-hand corner of any page.

Inbox Page

The Inbox contains all the available tests and the tools to create and manage those tests.

Element Description
Add Test Icon add_test Click on the Add Test icon, located to the right of the Inbox title, to manually create a new test order.
Tab: Pending Orders The Pending Orders tab filters all test orders by tests that have not been processed by an AI-based test or that have not been reviewed by a pathologist.
Tab: Ready for Review The Ready for Review tab filters all test orders by tests that have been processed by an AI-based test or that have a finalized report by a pathologist.
Tab: Test History The Test History tab filters all test orders by completed tests that have been reviewed by the clinic (for fecal) or that have been acknowledged by the clinic (for cytology).
Tab: All Tests The All Tests tab includes all tests.
Test Order/Sample Listing The individual test order/sample listing for all fecal and cytology tests.
