Images View: Multi Selection and the Actions Panel

VETSCAN IMAGYST allows you to select multiple samples and apply a number of actions to all of the selected samples at once.

Multi-selecting Samples

To multi-select two or more samples:

  1. Click on the sample selection checkbox for all the desired samples.

Or

  1. Click on the first sample’s selection checkbox, and then Shift + click on a latter sample’s selection checkbox to select all the samples between the two.

IMPORTANT: When you select at least one sample, the Actions panel drops down from the top of the browser window.

Deselecting a Sample

To deselect a sample:

  1. Click on the sample’s selection checkbox.

Or

  1. Click on the first sample’s selection checkbox, and then Shift + click on a latter sample’s selection checkbox to deselect all the samples between the two.

Or

  1. Click on the deselect all icon (X) in the upper left-hand corner of the Actions panel to deselect all of the selected samples.

Actions Panel

When you select at least one sample, the Actions panel drops down from the top of the browser window. The Actions panel includes additional features that you can use when reviewing samples.

Element Description
Close icon (X) Click to deselect all the selected samples and close the sample action panel.
Selection Count A number indicating how many samples have been selected.
Include in report include Click to include the selected sample captures in the sample’s report.
Remove from report remove Click to remove the selected sample captures from the sample’s report.
