If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Click on the Forgot password link located below the sign-in button.
  3. Enter your email (username). If you are uncertain which email address to use, see Forgotten email (username) for help recovering your username.
  4. Click Request password reset.
  5. If the email address you entered is associated with a valid Vetscan Imagyst account, instructions for resetting your password will be sent to that email address.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Password strength requirements

For security reasons, your Vetscan Imagyst password must meet the following requirements:

  • The password must be at least 12 characters long.
  • The password cannot contain personal data such as your first name, last name, or email address.
  • The password cannot be one of the previous three passwords you have used.
  • The password cannot be on the list of commonly used passwords.
