Inbox: Add-On Expert Review

If you want further review of your AI Blood Smear test, you can request an Add-on Expert Review. This can be added through your clinic’s PIMS via FUSE. If your PIMS is not connected, follow the manual process below.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to have finalized your review of the sample test to request an Add-on Expert Review. The test must have completed processing, however.

  1. Click the Main Menu ().
  2. Click on the Inbox link.
  3. Click on the Add Test icon () next to the Inbox title.
  4. When the Add Test window opens:
    1. From the Test Type dropdown, choose “Add-On Expert Review”.
    2. Enter the Patient ID.

      IMPORTANT: The Patient ID must match the original test.
    3. Enter the Name of the animal (Optional).
  5. Click on the blue Create button.
  6. Once the test order is created, you will be taken to the Order Entry page to complete the test order.
